A 250 apartment complex located on an entire site in a regenerating industrial precinct south of Sydney’s Green Square urban renewal project.
The Council required a perimeter block typological form, with lower height to the north to provide maximised sunlight into the internal communal courtyard. The mass of the building has been articulated by a composition of projecting and recessive elements together with a varied roofscape silhouette and a varied use of materials and colour. TCA was commissioned to prepare the development application only for this project.
