This project is a winning entry in the Hobart Waterfront international Design Competition.
The Hobart Waterfront International Design Competition sought visionary design proposals for one of the city’s historical sites, an area where cultural importance is reflected in a unique collection of heritage buildings.
The entry proposed a number of intimate scaled juxtapositions of new built form with the existing culturally loaded fabric of Hobart’s Sullivan’s Cove. As well as the creation of a series of public rooms connecting from the harbour deep back into the heart of the city.
