The Hobart Railyards sits immediately adjacent to Tasmania’s major capital city and offers an unprecedented waterfront opportunity to extend and augment the quality of the urban environment and the range of services available to the citizens of Hobart and Tasmania.
The Tasmanian State Government in collaboration with a team of consultants led by TCA has prepared a study of the Hobart Railyards site’s to establish its suitability for significant upgrade and re-development as a new quarter of the city.
